ATTENTION MONCTON-COME CELEBRATE GOLD MEDALISTS

It's happening in Moncton today at 4:00 pm Downtown Moncton's-Main Street and you are invited to help us celebrate the 2006 Olympic Curling Team.

All are invited to come to downtown Moncton on Friday, March 10 to welcome the Canadian Olympic Men's Curling Team, who brought home GOLD from the 2006 Winter Olympics. Brad Gushue, Mark Nichols, Mike Adam, coach Toby McDonald, and Moncton's own Russ Howard will be walking from Highfield Square to Moncton City Hall, commencing at 4 p.m.

Upon their arrival at City Hall, the team will be signing a commemorative poster and greeting fans and supporters. Please plan to attend this celebratory parade and brief welcome ceremony.

The City of Moncton would like to advise motorists that between 4 and 5 p.m. traffic may be somewhat slower than normal exiting the downtown (between Highfield and Main, and Moncton City Hall). We appreciate your patience during this brief disruption.

Stay Tuned to Magic 104, Choix 99.9 and K94 for more up to the minute coverage of this historic time in Moncton's sports history.
